Social publishing and engagement

AMS includes workflows for Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Reddit. Publishing, comments, messages and analytics vary by platform and account type. A connection does not mean every feature is available.

Campaigns and paid advertising

Advertising uses separate account selection, permissions, campaign settings and budgets. Google Ads and other advertising connections must have the required provider access. Connecting an account does not launch a campaign or authorize spending.

Conversations

Messaging channels expose different capabilities and time windows. Review the channel configuration and granted permissions before enabling replies or an AI agent. Your organization controls what knowledge and actions an agent can use.

1. Choose the account and review the provider consent screen.
2. Grant only the permissions needed for your workflow.
3. Review the content or action before publishing or enabling automation.
4. Disconnect an account or request deletion through the documented process.
