Account & Data Deletion

At AGHRBA TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS (AMS), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our platform.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your AMS account using any of the following methods:

Option A: From Within the Application

1. Log in to your AMS account at ams.aghrba.com
2. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu
3. Select Account
4. Click on Delete My Account
5. Confirm your identity and follow the on-screen instructions

Option B: Via Email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your full name as registered on the account
• Your organization name (if applicable)

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days of receiving your email.

2. What Data Gets Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your user profile information (name, email, avatar, preferences)
• Authentication credentials and session data
• Connected social media account tokens and OAuth data
• Personal activity logs and time tracking entries
• Notification preferences and history
• Any files or media you have uploaded to your personal workspace

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after account deletion for legitimate business or legal purposes:

• Organization-shared content: Tasks, comments, and project contributions that are part of shared organization workspaces may be retained but anonymized (your name will be replaced with "Deleted User")
• Billing and transaction records: As required by applicable tax and financial regulations, billing history may be retained for up to 7 years
• Legal compliance data: Any data required to be retained by applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings
• Aggregated analytics: Non-personally identifiable, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you

4. Processing Timeline

• Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
• Processing: Account deletion will be completed within 30 days of identity verification
• Grace period: You have 14 days after submitting your request to cancel the deletion by contacting support
• Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted

5. Third-Party Connected Services

If you connected third-party social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or Reddit) to AMS:

• All stored OAuth tokens and access permissions for connected accounts will be revoked and deleted
• Content published to third-party platforms through AMS will not be removed from those platforms — you must manage that content directly on each platform
• We recommend disconnecting your social accounts within AMS before requesting deletion

6. Impact of Account Deletion

Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed:

• You will no longer be able to log in to your account
• You will lose access to all projects, tasks, and data associated with your account
• Any active subscriptions tied to your account will be cancelled
• Team members in your organization will no longer see your profile information
• You may create a new account with the same email address after deletion is complete

7. For Organization Administrators

If you are the sole administrator of an organization, please note:

• You must transfer organization ownership to another member before your account can be deleted
• Alternatively, you may request deletion of the entire organization along with your account
