This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains how refunds work for subscriptions and other payments made for AMS, operated by AGHRBA TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS ("we," "us," "our," or the "Service"). This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. No questions asked.

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every payment you make for the Service. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of your payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

The guarantee applies to your first purchase and to every renewal payment — you have 30 days from the date of each charge to request a refund.
It applies to all plan tiers, add-ons, and optional paid features.
No conditions and no exceptions — if you ask within 30 days of a payment, you receive that payment back in full.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in any of the following ways:

Use the "Manage subscription" or receipt link in the order confirmation email sent by our payment provider, Paddle.
Visit paddle.net and choose "Request a refund."

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, and you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you cancel within 30 days of a payment, that payment is also covered by the money-back guarantee above.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.
